You crack me up.
Remember the Red Baron/Summers rule? any time you ask about it, it gets pushed one month further.

Btw, Mechaspartans will most likely end up as direct.

D'Oh! Asking has turned into a form of self-punishment now, hasn't it? :P

Cool with me; a suite of options on the Direct Only front should give good reason to keep checking in on the webstore. :)

Agreed. I'll take the mecha-Spartans anyway I can get them.

I'm worried about the +1 month deal though. At that rate, the Red Barron is likely to mAke a return sometime after the second edition of Wargods of Aegyptus.

You guys and that Red Barron! Sheesh you're like broken records. If I had one I'd sell it to Leon just so he'd stop his whinging!

Y'see the thing is, I have just 6 more minis to paint for the set - it is that colector mentality in me! :)

you know, sprite/pixel artist used to be my dayjob some time ago , might have to look into that lol (no grand titles to my name, was ambitious and picky..trying to avoid license work in the license heavy gameboy color days.. wich means in the end I only have a handfull of published titles to my name.. all of them the few license titles I worked on ;))

OK then, here's the set up then:

Leon has gone mad from wanting the red baron so much. He and an army of mutant gamers have taken over the factory where pulp city figures are produced. Mark, Devon, Maciej, and You (melvin) must take on his minions in the factory double dragon style, level by level. If a sprite gets enough power ups, they change into ultimate fan boy form. Morf becomes Optimus prime, Devon becomes an ATHF type avatar combining a Viking chimp and a beer keg (like meat wad!), Mark turns into a Flounder (why? Because I said so!) and Melvin becomes a pectorally exaggerated super heroic graphic arts pen with great hair.

Leon is the semi final boss, but upon beating him, all of the remaining red baron models around the world combine to form giant red baron who is bent on destroying the factory and most of Warsaw. He wants to be the only red barron model and the most collectible pulp city figure. There are several scenes where leon is crying over the figure in cheesy manga style.

Our heroes win, with the help of Leon!, and offer to finally cast up a red baron model for Leon, but we find out that in the battle all of the moulds and masters were destroyed.

Afterwards, everyone goes to the bar for mussels and fries.

It can be done!

Come on though, with my life, insanity is the only defense I have.
