Only somewhat serious, but:

"The Urban Ranger"

I think you could combine one of the aforementioned names w/ this as a title, so it's something like Recurve, Urban Ranger. Skyline may deserve the title a bit more, but he's already named, so...

Another Idea would be "Hood" for obvious reasons or maybe "Strongbow".
