Hi all.
Im hendybadger. A big fan of mini games and super heros. (And pirates)
Im even a volunteer for another model company. But always looking for new games to try out.
Then a fellow gamer directed me to Pulp City! Yay!
Models, supers, and great looking rules.

Got the rulebook on the way but I have afew noob questions.

Do the models come with the shown bases or are they extras?
Is there any official background or rules outside of the main book?
How long is it usualy between showing a model and it being on the store?

Im sure I will think up more when I have the book in hand.
(be gentle with me)

Im off to look at pictures of stunning heros and villains to decide what I want!

(Intro from Mrs Badger on pg11)

1. Models do not come with scenic bases. Sometimes Morf will have promotions that include them.

2. The main book has all the information up to this point with the forums holding additional information, as well as the main Pulp City website (http://www.pulp-city.com/).

3. Morf normally tried to get things out with a couple of months. Morf and one other associate of his runs the business, so there isn't really a date that is set. Sometimes their caster is more free and available while others times he isn't, so turn around time does fluctuate.

Averaged out, we a new release at least every two months, and if you take duplicate models, it's almost once a moth release.

Hope that helps and welcome to the city!

By the way, what company do you volunteer for? I was a Press Ganger for seven years, I'm still an MIB for SJ Games, and I'm part of the Darkson Designs crew as well.

Hmm. Look for Morf or Beermonkey making remarks in all the places. All the information for the Supremes in the tactics sections, etc.

Also, myself and pulpcitizen get tidbits of information as we help with playtesting and the reading of rules. So once in a while, we let slip some bits of "official" info.

Welcome to the forums and to Pulp City. We're a good crew as I'm sure you are discovering. Morf has been updating on Facebook mostly then Varagon PulpCitizen or I will ussually re-post stuff here. Mostly new models will appear in the Characters Section.

We try to keep up on the tactics and such but it can be daunting. If you have questions or would like to see a write up of a character simply ask we can ussually get one done in a week if there is interest.

Other than that post pics, share battles and ideas. Heck even throw up some custom Supreme ideas.

Cheers for the welcomes. ANd I will keep an eye out for info on the boards.

Im sure I will be ALOT more active once I have the book, models and afew games.
Already convinced 4 guys at our club to pick the game up aswell.
Already got some Supreme concept ideas!

Another random question.
Is there a Supreme level list on here anywhere?
For example
H Lv1 (Names)
H Lv2
H Lv3

V Lv1
V Lv2
V Lv3

No specific list that is current, although I may have the data somewhere.

I'm very glad to see more UK interest and presence on the board!

You mean a listing of clubs? We can do that. Just add it to the player locator.
Here it is:

The guys who were at Gencon should have a strong idea about stuff coming up - if only they would share those pictures...

Glad to help.

On that list Red Baron and Herald are not currently available (one was LE, the other Herald-only). Note that the list does not include Sovereign who IS on the web-store, nor Perun who is due out imminently (along with Loup Garou II & Moonchild/Moon Coyote; Riposte & Arquero).
