Having written a LOT of Fan stuff for several systems, I can tell you this sort of thing takes time - even more so when you have a life (work, family, friends) outside of the writing in question.
What Beermonkey is writing is to be presented on a more professional level than I have done, and so takes longer to get it "Just Right"!

Monsters are all assumed to be on an 80mm base. as long as it is at least 4" tall/the equivalent of that, then all is good.

fenris games have much pretty stuff, thanks for the tip. gigat hardon and the pulp monster are out of stock, but i'm experimentating a bit with sculpting.build our own minions-literal.

There are all sorts of big models out there you could use.
I recommend Fenris for any of your basing needs

yes fenris games has a lot suitable bases. to the monster models, i do a bit sculptig and i work on...say on something Big!! by the way, what doing the monster rules?
