I have a range of Dr.Who minis. At the moment Im using them as citizens but would love to bring the Doctor and his companions into the city.

But Im not sure where to start.
Should he be an Agenda or Plot citizen?
A Supreme himself?
A super BOOM Minion?
And what about his companion and Tardis?

Open to any and all ideas

The Doctor? I would do him as a L2 Supreme, massive :MND and :SPT , high Leadership and Tactician, but mediocre other Traits.

Actions could be to negate Actions or Resources of other characters and maybe an AP equivalent to Heroic Call (allowing a back-to-back Activation as his plan falls into place). Stuff like that.

Make companions Minions and maybe the TARDIS can be his Team Power (allowing a weird deployment of some kind).

Definitely- He's also got to have some sort of one trick "escape from death" kind of ability, as he's always on the edge of dying but making a return of some sort.

I thought he could have a sort of 'lock door' ability. After going through a door and using it, others that want to use it have to smash through.

The TARDIS could have something along the lines of Dr.Mercs Meld or Hadrons Disappearing Trick?
Place TARDIS outside of deployment zones during set-up.
Remove Doctor from board if in B2B with the TADRIS and replace anywhere next round. But can only use 1 movement that round.

Maybe a multi ability that uses different Screwdriver settings?
Sidekick exclusive Minions as Leon suggested.

I like the 'escape death' and Heroic Call ideas aswell

I'd also give him a team ability: "Run!" Usable once per game, all teammates can immediately move 3" away from the closest enemy model.

What if they are in b2b?
Ignore free stikes with the one use?

My name is Cilionelle and I approve of this thread.

Heartily.

I would think so. Or give some other ability and name it similar to dodge, swift, dexterous, quick, nimble, quick escape, to represent the fact the model/models can get out of harms way quickly without suffering a free strike.
