Hello Pulp Citizens!
By posting your drawings, conversions, stories and fluff you are agreeing for those elements to be used as a Pulp City mythos. We draw inspiration from all the things we read and watch, so please do not blame us for any similiarities to your creations!

Just a suggestion : I have a few supremes in mind, but I never know really how to translate them to rules. I think it would help if I knew precisely how many trait points, skills ... a supreme should have according to his level, even roughly, cuz I know it can change from one dude to another, but that would seriously help.

I've got the same problem, plenty of ideas for Supremes, but no clear idea of how to flesh them out rules wise. I asked Beermonkey about this a couple days ago and he told me that there was no set formula for creating Supremes. It would be nice to see some sort of guideline.

Ask and you shall recieve. This has been around for a while, but has probably slipped from the memory of a few folks. Anyway, here it is straight from the horse's mouth! (no offense to the great Morf)
Morf wrote: I have a secret calculator that adds active traits, APs and Damage.
For a guideline (with possible exceptions)
Action Points:
Level 1 - 3 for almost human Supremes and sloooow ones, 4 average, 5 for super fast,
Level 2 - 5 for almost human Supremes and sloooow ones, 6 avarege, 7 for super fast,
Level 3 - 6-7 for almost human Supremes and sloooow ones, 8 average, 8-10 for super fast,
Damage:
Level 1 - up to 9, Level 2 - up to 18, Level 3 - up to 25.
As for Traits - it is a difficult and not always 100% math based calculation. Take a look at all of the "defensive" traits. if they are below 11 for any Supreme, there's got to be a reason for it reflected in skills or Actions.
Weak Team Action is usually 3-4 extra points in Traits. Great set of Skills - 3-4 points less. And the Actions...If they are all Trump Trait based and deal a lot of Damage or are highly universal, that should be reflected in a statline as well.

Other suggestion : would it be possible to have access to blank stat cards? It sure would make it easier to create good looking supremes... or is this already available somewhere and I have missed it?

That is a good idea. I'll ask a guy that does the cards to prep 3 blank cards.

I have some blank files for GIMP, if anyone is interested (or I'm allowed...). They are .xcf files, multilayer.
