Welcome Masterminds!

You don't have to be Dr. Van Der Beek to create new Supremes! We are proud to invite you to join the ranks of creative minds that want to shape the Pulp City setting. Be the pioneer and employ your creative skills in the first issue of Supreme Genesis.

You don't have to be a pro to enter. There is enough prize categories to satisfy everybody!

Your mission; Create a Supreme (Level 1 or Level 2). It is up to you which of the components you will include; fluff, game stats, art or all together!

Prize Categories:

Supreme Winner; The award will be given to the author of the best overall concept. It may be

Supreme Fluff: The best story of the Supreme's origins and/or current agendas gets you the title!

Supreme Art: The best visual representation of the concept gets you the prize. There is no limit: pencil sketch, a sculpt, a conversion, you dressed up - just send us a picture!

Supreme Rules: The best statline and skills/Actions.

Deadlines: We are collecting all entries until the 14th of September midnight (CET), send them starting from August to supremegenesis@pulpmonsters.com.

Entries; You may enter as many Supremes as you want, including the developed concepts already posted in this forum. By entering the contest you acknowledge that your concept may be used by Pulp Monsters (modified or not) and you will be credited on this site and any reference materials like Supreme Cards. All calls will be made by Pulp City creators and the invited guest judges.

NOW... the most important thing: the booty!

Winners of Supreme Art, Rules and Fluff: each gets October releases (Apebot & Virus) + 3 copies of the miniature based on their concept if it ever gets published.

Supreme Winner gets October and November releases + 3 copies of the miniature based on his/her concept. The miniature creation process will start immediately after the Winner is announced.

If you win more than one category, you may trade the October releases for the gift certificate to our online store for 25 Euro. So technically, a Supreme Winner who cashes all categories walks out with the main prize and 75 Euro gift certificate.

Yes, as mentioned above.

No, you don't have to but this way you decrease your chances for becoming the Supreme Winner. Though, if we get blasted by the visual side and the fluff, who knows.

Most welcomed!

Send me a bribe and I'll tell you. ;)
On the serious side though, if you want to team up (an artist with a fluff rules guy) feel free, just credit both of you.

Just to let you guys know the names Elemental Watson, Modhawk and Captain Superosity are taken.

Is an element of comedy allowed with the characters? So far mine aren't hugely serious. And can we stick our silly ideas up on the forum as well as sending them in? Get some feedback, have a few laughs etc.

Oh yes, we are still seriously considering doing a Minion named Buddy the Supreme, the teenage super hero wannabe who mimicks other Supremes.

I was just flipping through the pages of a Spiderman Compendium, anybody remembers Legion of Losers?

The legion of losers is awesome:

Kangaroo and Grizly are the strong men of the crew, Gibbon is the acrobat and the spot the teleporter. I don t understand such a group of misfits can t sucide in anything!

I like the idea of a single character with two representing figures
- Civilian normal citizen.
-And their alter-ego in costume / powered up / transformed

I?ve read too much Spider-man, Super-man and Batman (or any title ending in ?man?) over the years
