Question: Under 'To be a Herald', it says you need two level 5 teams, but then says (two level 1's, and one level 2). Is that supposed to be reversed, 2 level 2's, one level 1? I need to know what to paint!

Yep. It should read per the rulebook.
Encounter Level 5: one Lvl 1 and two Lvl 2
