Le Murtiple was never a part of the apes in space project. A.R.C. came across him deep in the South American jungle while overthrowing one of the local dictators. And boy, Le Murtiple was not happy about it. For years he hid his special powers and intelligence, pretending to be a trophy pet creature caught in the world of the celebrity-like lifestyles of corrupted politicians and bloodshed. And he thrived, using his ability to multiply to wreak havoc and turn hotheaded machos against each other.
In the end, who would have blamed the innocence lemure?





Concept by Melvin de Voor, inspiration from my conversation with Neomorte. The models are more or less Virus sized. Jarek Smolka is the sculptor, Nomic the painter.


I'm the most happy man in the world as three boxes with greens are sitting at my friendly resin casters MaxMini and I know I'll be able to provide you with pics of new miniatures, not just concepts. The last two months had been very stressful, as Murphy's Law applied to almost everything Pulp City related.
New wave is finally in production and we'll be seeing painted models pretty soon.

These look like they will make fun miniatures. Any details on the sculptor hints? We must have more info.

Interesting backstory. I am really excited to see how the rules roll on this guy, err, these guys. . .

And maxmini does a great job. I have a whole army of space marines with their headswaps and love the PC bases.

He is sculpted by Jarek Smolka and I'll be previewing his sculpts one at a time starting in two weeks I believe. Each one represents one of his abilities. This saboteur supreme is good at practical chemistry, knife fighting and blowing things up.

This wil be an interesting one to paint, since it is almost a 'squad level' unit by itself, whereas most Pulp City minis have been unique so far. Cool.

I had no idea what it actually was. Just that it was something. Melvin is a star, only the 'good' talk for him, please!

All written tomfoolery aside, little nuggets like that and the 3 apes (seemingly 1 each of mystery, nature and science) on facebook (which I still have no clue about! - the apes that is, and maybe facebook too...) are just great. Keep 'em coming I say.

Ok I've play tested Le Murtiple. I was thinking Mimes. I'm so glad I was wrong. This guy (guys?) looks fantastic. I'm with Larb, Pulp City has got the . Can't wait to slap some paint on these amazing apes.
