Not all of Heavy Metal's members are there because they want to be a part of the most recognizable Supreme trademark. Some of them are on the roster because otherwise they would be in prison. Welcome to the world of Cindy Burns, former leader of punk rock band World in Flames, 1982 February's playmate, charged with arson and murder attempt. Cindy was never right in the head. Her obsession with violence, fire and body-modding earned her the renown of the true rock rebel at the age of 17. But the real trouble started when tattoos and piercings were not enough anymore and Cindy modded her body with cybernetic parts. As you all know, high tech parts and implants are NOT for free in Pulp City and Cindy had to pay her debts. As she was too dangerous to keep in prison, C.O.R.E. took the custody of her in return for 10 years of service in the cause of good. Cindy finds the idea of good not much different from evil. In either case, she can still do what she likes the most!

Nice, and fits her backstory, but not one of my favorites.

I'm not convinced about her background story. I would prefer story that she was bad guy until she meets someone who changed her heart or something. Some said that "from prisoner you won't get good worker" and that's way she doesn't fit in HM for me. Also, Morf you changed artist or her art is just in different style? I wait till i see mini to make my final judgment.

I like the idea and the background. It was about time we had a rocker in Pulp City.
She is a cool supreme and I bet I'll love her model. The proportions on her concept art and a little odd however. I'll trust the sculpter to take care of that.

(The Anarchy symbol on the shoulder is a dead giveaway). Punk - Rocker - There's a Difference see I really like the backstory, its a refreshing change NOT to have a Villain who's had a change of heart. I agree with Larb about the proportions, and can't wait to see the finished Miniature! Nicely, Nicely, Vincent Pricely . . . ..

I honestly like the mini much more than the concept, colors came weird on it. The mini is just much sexier.

I look forwards to Lady Cyburn; from the visual concept I get notes of Ladytron from WildCATS and Fatale from Soon, I Will Be Invincible - both good influences and yet without copying them, so a nice interesting visual.

The mini is most important. On concept she definitely don't look like playmate

Gotta say I'm not huge fan of the concept art here. Just doesn't pop for me. I'll wait to see the model itself though. I really love her rules so I'm kind of a fan already.
For me (maybe Larb too I don't know) I've been playtesting her for months now. When we playtest we don't get to see the concept art, all we get is the rules. It's strange how often what we envision the characters to be is different based on stats, playtests, and the proxy's we use. Sometimes the differancces are huge, sometimes we're pretty damned close. This one I was way off on, Rootbeermonkey (aka. the Boy) thought it was cool and more of what he had in mind. Strange the way that works.

I'm right with you Beermonkey. This is not precisely what I had in mind either, but it totally works.
And, her rules are exceptionally good.

Yeah. First, she has one of my favorite skills. For her exclusive actions she has a sweet _________ power, a _____ that can become an ______, and a strong _________ _____. In addition she has a very interesting ability to immediately _________ a _________ _________ supreme to ___________ ________ an _________ __________! Plus her team power is nifty and very flavorful. I hope that was helpful. Edit for small typo.
