A couple of little questions about the Fist + Blade and the Jade Cult Ninjas.

The JCN say you may have a Sensei instead of a 3rd cards of ninjas.
Does that mean you can take more than 1 like the Zombies?
Or could this be possible another way in the future?

The WFBN say they can be taken by a team containing atleast 1 WFB Supreme.
Is this a Supreme than 'can' be WFB?
Or only when using the resource that makes them WFB?

For the Jade Cult Ninjas, until another card comes out, one that changes the rules on how many can be fielded, you can only take one, as per the base rules.

The more interesting question for me is the one about the Way of the fist ninjas. Personally, I think the wording on the card is a little ambiguous. My thought, and this is based on nothing official, is that it would probably be allowed to any supreme who qualifies to be in the Way of the fist. Otherwise, you would never be able to use them unless you field Crimson Phoenix. It would also mean that if you DO field only Crimson Phoenix without any of the other Way supremes, you'd need to pay 4 levels of resources, to use two ninjas.

We'll probably need an official rulling here for the Way ninjas.

Thats what I thought for the JC Ninjas.

They are 2 very good Ninjas but maybe they are meant for just WFB teams?
Thats still 4 lvls out of a lvl 7 teams though. (Max for WFB atm)

Don't forget the WotF&B benefit is two-fold; the +1 to Opposed Rolls in Base to base and access to Ninjas.

Is that a confirmation that you MUST purchase the WotF&B resource before you can purchase the ninjas as opposed to simply fielding supremes that would qualify for the WotF&B?

Also compare WotF&B Ninjas (I need a shorter acronym there!) with their closest alternative, which is probably Vigilantes.

Ninjas have better Traits (except when the Vigilantes are with Dead-Eye arguably).

Vigilantes have better Damage but lower :DEF , so about even.

Ninjas are faster and more mobile thanks to Skills (Blitzer 1 and Wall Crawler).

Ninjas match the Vigilante Strike Action and have Shuriken as well.

Ninjas have better deployment, and Vigilantes can protect Citizens; about even.

Ninjas are Solo; Vigilantes become really enhanced with Dead-Eye - I give that to the Vigilantes, but only when played with dead-Eye.

So on balance I would argue Ninjas are better at EL11* or less, which would explain the restriction factor they have.

*A question to be answered soon here...

The Rezolution APAC Ninjas are nice - if you are after variation, but I have a feeling might be a little small.

No argument. As a level 2 resource , they'd be a no brainer any time you have the required supremes. Even the Jade Cult Ninjas, with their slightly weaker stats but greater number of models are equally fantastic.

Personally, I can't wait to try using a mass of Shuriken shots and removing my opponent's ability to move his models. In fact, on some of the lower :AGL models, a really good set of Shuriken shots means a primarily melee model will be stuck unable to actually get INTO melee.

I've already got 6 ninjas assembled, and with the next wave, I'll probably have to order at least one more...

Is that a hint to a couple more WFB Supremes?

Do the Effects of "Shuriken" stack? If say Green Serpent and a Ninja both target the same supreme with Shuriken, will that rob them of all of their movement?
