Obviously with so many permutations of Agendas/Supremes/Teams/Sub-factions, time and playing will shake out certain Agenda favourites and certain Agendas that are avoided for individual players:

So in that vein, what are your 'must takes' and your 'rarely used' Agendas and why?

My personal preferences tend to be for the Agendas that don't require special teams to pull off.

Villains:

Civilian slaughtering - It's just fun! Hurling a car at a little kid? It's not overkill, it's just being thorough.

Heroes:

Save the puny mortals - Saving civilians may be somewhat less fun, but since heroes can automatically try to control civilians at the start of each game turn, and since the little guys are going to try and make a break for the board edges anyway, I've started to try this one out too. I think it's a fairly good option for heroes.

Both:

That one must die! - You know your opponent will always field one of those supremes that you really despise and that you know will mess up your plans. I know that every time I see Seabolt, I know I'm going to have to take him down. I figure, if you're going to throw the kitchen sink at him anyway, might as well get a few points in the process! As a minor note, maybe it's just me, but I feel that if you're going to be using this agenda, it's best used for a level 2 supreme.

That said, I'm dying to try out soliloquy...

Those are Agendas I tend to take also, since they complement typical Plot objectives/Faction orientation.

I will always have a soft spot for Ritual, but the Soliloquy one is also tempting, once I can figure out how to make it work.
