Looks like the link at the top to the Pulp City Main Page is directing back to the forum and not to the main PC page.

Top left, it says "Pulp City Main Page" link works for me.

Are talking about the same link?

This is truly strange. It worked correctly for me at work but here at home, it is not working. I dumped the website cache and still have the wrong link. I will try to find what the problem is...

Quick update. Link works fine again. Dump your temp files and try again.
