Guys,

just in case ... keep an eye on things.

I have been hit by the AntiVirus System Pro trojan. I think the Pulp-City main page may have been compromised and is loading.

I have contacted the moderators to investigate. But if you have the same problems then you will need to remove it.

It manifests itself by displaying false security alerts and panic you into buying their "protection".

I went to http://www.malwarebytes.org/ and it seemed to clean it up for me.

Hopefully it is just me... but just in case, be aware.

I use avast and yes, I've had a virus alert on the main page, but I haven't had the time to get to it yet :p

Hey folks,
I examined the index.php file and removed the malicious script that was embedded into it. I've also scanned the file for any virus and then uploaded it clean.

I've also experienced this pop up from the main shop page as well and did the same.

Let us know if there is any other issues you may run into.

Thanks.

Thanks Everybody, it seems our host suffered a couple hundred of these attacks on their servers. Apparently, the problem with forums was the part of it. Now all should be good. Stay vigilant!
