<  FAN SECTION  ~  Home made Supremes and updating...

Hi there,

It's been a while since I've stepped foot on this here forum-deck. I'm really looking forward to the Kickstarter at the end of January, and in preparation for the changes, have started reading the beta rules to see if I can get a handle on the changes.

As I was working through it, I was also able to play a couple of games with the old rules with my son. It got me thinking about some of the homebrew Supremes of a few years ago, specifically Duck, the Nargun and Birdboy. I was wondering if there would be someone who could comment on updating them - what things I would need to keep in mind, since the cards are so different, and if there was someone who might be able to even do that for me, even in rough, to bring those much-beloved characters back into our games here at home.

So I'm putting it out there... anyone?

(I'm also hoping that I will be able to rekindle interest in Pulp City, because it's been one of my favourite places to game in for a long time. I've got a couple of folks at the local games club who might be keen.)

Nice to see you back on here! I can probably help you out with some of that. If you do a little homework you'll see that building Supremes now follows some very hard and fast rules. So you making your own Supremes will be MUCH MUCH easier.

So really once you know the Role, and Level most of the work is done. Traits are easy, and FAR less critical than in the original version. Many of the attacks and powers are universal. So yeah building Supremes can be done without a lot of fuss.

What we can't wait for is the Build your own book. We plan to have rules to build EVERYTHING. Supremes, Minions, Monsters. Most of the work is done too... so if the KS succeeds we'll be ready to roll.

Welcome back and I'll see if I can have a crack at your Supremes sometime soon. Probably after the holidays but before the KS launches.
